Stuff I've hacked (so far): (all of which need integration into nutmeg)
Mask out voxels outside and too far inside the brain.
Regression with behavior (with FDR correction)
Make linked list of clusters cluster size threshold cluster center of mass (working on k-means tesselation of strange-looking clusters) added "jump to next cluster center" button
automatic making of sequence of jpeg figures from time frequency display for 3D rendered brains. (alternative to animate button)
find nearest brodmann's area (i.e., always tell you a brodmann's area, not just when you're exactly on gray matter).
made "psuedo band" that is really average of other frequency bands
made "fake sbeam" that has only specific voxel (or bunch of voxels) set to one (all others zero), to indicate projection of specific coords on 3D rendering. (should be integrated into a button on nutmeg)
RMS filtering/calculating/display matlab program for CTF data
made matlab program to manipulate CTF marker/class files
would be nice:
jump back from 3D to 2D view, keeps your 2D crosshairs where they were (don't reset them to center of brain)
drive nutmeg viewer to named anatomical location
user defined list of labels to drive the viewer with
